2 cups milk of your choice (I like almond but you can try regular milk, rice or soy)
2 Tbs cacao powder (add to taste)
1 or 2 drops of stevia to taste (optional)
Just add to the mix and blend. These will keep you fuller for longer and up the nutritional content!
A scoop of protein powder – whey, plant or soy. Vanilla or chocolate flavour are both good
A tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal
Blend all the ingredients together and drink!
*not keen on banana? Use avocado instead – it has the same creamy texture and of course is a good of natural fats…
