Dairy-free Creamy Mango Ice Lollies

 

Kids and adults all love these. They contain only 3 ingredients too they can be whizzed up in next to no time and make a wonderful treat on a hot summer’s day.  They have no added sugar – just the natural sugar from the fruit so can be enjoyed without guilt!

 

You’ll need some lollipop moulds for these.

 

This recipe makes 6 although we always do some extra so Alex can have a smoothie as we make it!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 300ml of milk of your choice – we use almond though coconut milk too is great and makes these extra creamy

 

Variation:  add some passion fruit for some extra taste

Optional : add crushed ice if enjoying as a smoothie

 

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, pour into the lollipop moulds and pop into the freezer! And it’s as easy as that!
